This set (No ATEM60003,) contains tailored-to-fit railings for the kit as it is, plus sections of stock railings to help fit the kit out if any modifications or corrections are modeled. It also contains replacement parts such as boat davits, helicopter rotors, yardarms for the masts, and (not for the faint-hearted) the large 965 radar antenna and the Sea Slug missile launcher. There are also many additional parts as well to help liven up the vintage Airfix kit from the early 1960s.
