Fujimi of Japan has announced the December 2015 release of FUJ46001, a 1/350 version of the Imperial Japanese Navy destroyer Shimakaze.
This release is a bit of a surprise as Hasegawa has also announced a January 2016 release a 1/350 Shimakaze (kit HSGZ229) at the same price.

It is not clear whether this is the same kit or a completely different tool…

The Shimakaze can be ordered for ¥3,840 (approximately US$31.00) from Hobbylink Japan).
