Fujimi has released FUJ40133, a tiny “Sea Level Extension Panel” in 1/3000 scale.
According to Hobbylink Japan:

Add some extra seascape to your 1/3000th naval dioramas with these extension panels from Fujimi! Includes two panels molded in blue that measure 278mm long 159mm wide. Joint parts are included to connect the panels together. These panels also make great display bases for 1/700th scale waterline ships! They would also work for the Chibi-Maru kits built in waterline display mode as well.”

The new micro-fleet ocean is listed by Hobbylink Japan at http://hlj.com/product/FUJ40133/Nav and can be ordered now for ¥960 (about US$9.00).
