1/3000 IJN Fifth Carrier Division

Fujimi has announced the January 2017 release of FUJ40138, a tiny version of the Imperial Japanese Navy’s Fifth Carrier Division in 1/3000 scale.

Apparently designed for wargaming, Fujimi’s little fleet consists of the aircraft carriers Shokaku & Zuikaku plus six destroyers including the Fubuki-class Destroyer Oboro and the Kagero-Class Destroyer Akigumo.

The new micro-fleet is listed by Hobbylink Japan at http://hlj.com/product/fuj40138/Nav and can be preordered now for ¥1,280 (about US$12.00).

Not really compliments to port sets, these were ships in those sets. Though adds a second Shokaku class ship. Better would have been more classes not yet produced.
