Fujimi has announced the July 2018 release of FUJ40148, a tiny 1/3000 scale version of the 3rd Battle of the Solomon Sea.

This new set depicts the ships of the Third Battle of the Solomon Sea (what the USN called the Naval Battle of Guadalcanal). Ships included are the Japanese battlecruisers Hiei and Kirishima as well as the battleships USS Washington and USS South Dakota plus destroyers and seaplanes.
