Have you ever wanted to do a D-Day diorama but just don’t have the room? Dragon Models has the solution. Coming in April of 2008, Dragon will release their 1/72 LCM(3) Landing Craft + M4A1 w/Deep Wading Kit from the Armor Pro Series. This kit includes Dragon’s 1/72 LCM(3) landing craft and a brand new 1/72 M4A1 Sherman with the deep wading trunks. Dragon also packs photo etch and other diorama goodies in this kit for the modeler.

Very interesting release, and in 1/72! I can visualize many interesting dio scenes using this as a base kit...thanks for the News, Gator!

Very nice kit. This can help all of us people wanting to wean ourselves off of armor by combing the two into one. Dragon will have this one out in time for the Gator Campaign as well.

If the LCM(3) is a re-pop of their previous kit, the hull is basically waterline. So no cutting. Hopefully they cast the crew in styrene this time as opposed to the soft plastic that they did last time. I'm glad they phased that out. Gator
