You will recall this news reporters earlier story that Mr. Jerzy Bin of JBModel.eu, a modelling company based in Austria, were releasing their 1905 Huszar Class Torpedobootszerstörer. 
We understand that production has been completed and this kitset is now on sale.
We understand that his kitset includes high quality resin casts, highly details photo etched fret, metal turned barrels (by Master), Austrian-Hungarian flags as decals, steel elements for masts, and manual with painting scheme.
We also understand that it has over 200 parts and a Photo Etched Fret 0.1mm thick.
