This long awaited HUGE kit is finally coming! The Bismarck was one of the most feared battleships in WWII prior to its
sinking in the North Sea in May 1941. Kit consists of over 1700 parts including a one-piece hull, single-piece deck, 4 Ar196
aircraft, detailed gun, photo-etched handrails, ladders, radar parts, etc, display stand, metal gun barrel, metal anchor chain and
propeller shaft and very detailed instructions. Completed kit measures nearly 50” long!, and its beam measures over 7”.


This much anticipated, and very large, kit is available for the preorder price of $379.99. ($399.95 after arrival) Scheduled for November 2012.

The HMS Warspite was a Queen Elizabeth-class battleship of the
British Royal Navy. She served in both WWI and WWII, earning the
most battle honors ever awarded to an individual ship in the Royal
Navy, including the most awarded for actions in the Second World
War. Kit consists of over 170 parts on 6 sprues including photoetched parts & display stand. Completed kit measures over 11” long.


The HMS Warspite is scheduled for release in November 2012 for $36.95, available for preorder now.

Stevens International is taking orders for both kits now.

Dave: Thank you, that is the 1/350 Warspite which is covered in a newer news article. This article covers the 1/700 Warspite, and is the original fit as opposed to the refit that we see the 1/350 scale version in Wojtek: I agree, the turret looks incredible! We haven't heard anything from Trumpeter, and I don't see anything offhand on their website. It certainly looks legit... We'll contact them and see what they have to say about it.
