Trumpeter has announced the September 2016 release of TRP06801, a Massive 1/48 version of the German Type VIIC U-Boat in 1/48 scale.
Slated to roll out in October of 2016, Tumpeter Models releases a New Tooling for the PLA Chinese Navy Type 22 Missile Boat.

Large Scale HMS Hood (1:200)
In what is being advertised as a newly tooled kit, a 1/200 Hood is in the works for a summer release. In this scale 'The Mighty Hood' will measure over 51 inches (130cm).
At the begining of December we announced new sub kits from Trumpeter, one being the Jialoong submersible. Now with a release data set for April 2016. we get a little more information on this little craft.
USS Tennessee BB-43 1941 (1:700)
A mid war version of the Tennessee was released last summer and now a dawn of war version is coming for this spring. If you want a version of the Tennessee as she was at Pearl Harbor the day of the attack, this is your kit.
3 new submarine kits from Trumpeter have been announced for 2016 that include a deep sea research craft, a cutting edge nuclear attack submarine and a China's first fully developed submarine from within China.
USS California BB-44 1941 (1:700)
Earlier this year, a 1945 version of the USS California was announced by Trumpeter and now comes an announcement for a version of the ship as she was at Pearl Harbor in 1941. After being extensively refitted she was ready for war again by the beginning of 1944.
A Peak at a 1/350 Ark Royal (1:350)
The 55th All Japan Model & Hobby Show has just wrapped up and we have a couple of images of what appears to be the announced HMS Rodney and a 1/350 Ark Royal, labeled as '1939'.
Two new 'Master Tools' are due this winter. One is an electric sander/polisher and the other an electric cutter.
HMS Rodney for Christmas (1:200)
Earlier this year we got a big scale Nelson and now her sister, HMS Rodney is due for the holidays. Listed as a 'new variant' kit (No. 3709), it's reported to be available this coming December.
Earlier this year, Trumpeter released the USS Tennesse (BB-43). In her 1944 configuration. Now due this October, her sister ship, USS California (BB-34) in her 1945 configuration.
Just when you thought there weren't enough post WWII carrier kits, hot on the heels of Merit International's JFK CV-67 announcement Trumpeter announces a kit of the Kitty Hawk (CV-63). Time will tell if there will be any differences between the kits.
USS Tennessee (BB-43) (1:700)
Announced for a July 2015 release and made from new tooling. The USS Tennessee was the lead ship of her class of battleship and saw action from the day of Pearl Harbor in 1941 to her final assignment of the war, to cover the landing of occupation troops at Wakayama, Japan for September 1945
This June Trumpeter plans to issue variations on two previously released battleship kits.

Back in November we mentioned Trumpeter's HMS Valiant kit was on its way. Now we have a bit more detail on this kit.
Trumpeter has given April as the approximate release month for their first 2015 new naval products.
Relase Date for HMS Nelson (1:200)
First mentioned in an earlier article, Trumpeter has a now announced a release date and suggested retail price for their upcoming big HMS Nelson.

HMS Valiant - 1939 Version (1:700)
Adding to their line of Queen Elizabeth Class of battleships, Trumpeter has announced a 1939 variant for the HMS Valiant. This kit is listed as to be available in March 2015.
1918 HMS Dreadnought (1:350)
A variation to Trumpeter's Dreadnought kit, featuring her as she looked when she took to sea again in 1918.
Estimated for a January 2015 release, this will be the third release for Trumpeter in this class after the Maryland and West Virginia. The Colorado was the lead ship of the Colorado class of battleships.
Joining their Queen Elizabeth, Warspite and Barham Q.E. class battleship kits, Trumpeter has announced a 1943 configuration kit of the HMS Malaya. The Malaya was named in honour of the Federated Malay States in British Malaya, whose government paid for her construction.
Update - USS Iowa Kit (1:200)
Trumpeter has released some images of their big USS Iowa kit and here they are.
New USS New York BB-34 Kit! (1:350)
USS New York was the lead ship of her class. Named for New York State, she was designed as the first ship to carry the 14 inch/45 caliber (356 mm) gun. She served in both World Wars.
Tribal Class Destroyer HMS Zulu (1:350)
A new kit tooling of this historic British destroyer class in the boxing of HMS Zulu. Launched in September 1937, the Zulu saw extensive action in the North Atlantic as well as the Mediterranean in WWII. She was sunk by Italian fighter-bombers on September 14, 1942 after bombarding Tobruk and while rescuing the crew from the HMS Sikh, which had been hit and sunk the previous day.
New HMS Dreadnought, 1907 kit (1:700)
One of the few naval ships that truely revolutionized naval power. Launched in 1906, she served as the Royal Navy's flagship from 1907 to 1911.
New USS Iowa Battleship Kit (1:200)
Trumpeter continues to expand its1/200 fleet with the lead ship in her class, the USS Iowa BB-61. The Iowa was the only Iowa battleship to serve in the Atlantic durring WWII and also served in the Korean War and for a time durring the 1980's. She is currently a museum ship in Los Angelas, California.
