A new kit tooling of this historic British destroyer class in the boxing of HMS Zulu. Launched in September 1937, the Zulu saw extensive action in the North Atlantic as well as the Mediterranean in WWII. She was sunk by Italian fighter-bombers on September 14, 1942 after bombarding Tobruk and while rescuing the crew from the HMS Sikh, which had been hit and sunk the previous day.
Trumpeter reports the Kit consists of over 250 parts on 7 sprues including photo-etched parts and a display stand. Completed kit measures nearly 13” long.

It has a suggested retail price of $47.95 (US) and is expected in October, 2014.
