Trumpeter Models has announced the upcoming release of the RMS Titanic in 1/200 scale.
Trumpeter's newly-tooled RMS Titanic in 1/200 scale is a plastic model kit featuring over 1,280 parts on 19 sprues, including a one-piece hull, a finely-rendered deck pattern, along with seven pieces of photo-etch frets for handrails, ladders, and more. This kit measures an impressive 53 inches long when completed.

The 1/200 scale RMS Titanic is listed by Freetime Hobbies at https://freetimehobbies.com/1-200-trumpeter-rms-titanic-model-kit-preorder/ and can be preordered now for US$399.99 (regular $599.99).

Expected release date is between July and September, 2019.

Hi, Russ and Everyone Else! Nooo... Not for THIS boy! Nearly $600.00, (Never mind all of the EXTRA "goodies" that are bound to follow) is a bit too "rich" for me... For those "Lucky Few" who can afford this kit, "More Power To You"!!!

yep, outta my league too throw in the aftermarket and paint and it'd be up around the $1000 mark. That's a lot of 1/72 aircraft kits!!!
