At the begining of December we announced new sub kits from Trumpeter, one being the Jialoong submersible. Now with a release data set for April 2016. we get a little more information on this little craft.

The Jiaolong is a manned deep-sea research submersible used by China. Diving up to 7,000 meters below the surface, the vehicle has given Chinese scientists deeper access into the ocean than all missions before it. As of 2015, the vehicle has been a part of 17 dives.

This pre-painted kit (No 7303) consists of over 30 parts and currently has a suggested retail price of $23.95 (US).
