Trumpeter Models has sent us NEWS on the next addition to their quality line of ship model kits, and this time it's the Russian Udaloy Class Destroyer "Admiral Panteleyev", in 1/350 scale plastic, and most interesting is this is the first kit of its kind in plastic kit form!
Kit Details
Kit ID #-4516
Kit Name-Russian Udaloy Class Destroyer "Admiral Panteleyev"
1/350 scale, injection mold plastic
SRP=$79.95 USD
Deployed in anti-submarine warfare, the Udaloy Class destroyers were first developed in the 1970's for the Soviet Navy. This ship is similar to the USS Spruance destroyer, but being an anti-submarine ship it was left with little anti-air and anti surface defenses. Kit consists of 398 parts on 17 sprues, plus waterline plate and hull. Mast and radar are photo-etched. Paint scheme #548 for Russian Navy. Completed kit measures over 18" long!
