Nautilus Models now offers the shipwright the choice of adding increased accuracy to their 1/72 scale Gato builds, as well as variance options with these new flood vent mask sets.

72-701~Gato/Balao Class Flood Mask



"This set is designed for the majority of the boats. This pattern was used on the later Gato class and all of the Balao class units. The set is designed to be applied between the weld lines present on the kit hull, and includes the free flood openings, flood vents, fuel tank manhole covers and sonar openings."




72-702~Tench Class Flood Mask



"This pattern was used on the Tench class units. It is designed to be applied between the weld lines present on kit hull and includes the free flood openings, flood vents, fuel tank manhole covers and sonar openings."





72-703~Gato/Prewar Classes Flood Mask



"This pattern was used on the early Gato class units, plus the prewar Gar, Tambor and Sargo classes. It is designed to be applied between the weld lines present on kit hull and includes the free flood openings, flood vents, fuel tank manhole covers and sonar openings."
