Flyhawk of China has released the HMS Galatea in 1/700 scale.

The deluxe version is the standard plastic kit with the addition of resin, etched parts, and metal guns.

USD $140.00??? Is that insane??? Deluxe kit, notwithstanding, that makes it CAD $188.00! At prices like that I will never shop at Hobby Link! But the point is, why is it so much more expensive than the deluxe versions of Penelope, or Arethusa - all of similar size, number of parts, and complexity of build? It is more than 2X the price (almost 3X) than the other two kits! Rant...rant...rant!!

The price must be from the trade thing going on as I can buy on Chinese taobao Chinese version of say amazon) for 368 cny which is about 55 usd For Kelly 128 cny or 20 usd.... Geez we pay a lot in NA
