Flyhawk of China has released the HMS Penelope in 1/700 scale.

This full-hull model kit reproduces the HMS Penelope, an Arethusa-class light cruiser of the Royal Navy, as she appeared in 1940. The name Penelope was taken from the character in Homer's Odyssey.
The Penelope was participating in the Norwegian operation after the outbreak of the Second World War, however the ship was stranded while pursuing a German merchant ship in early 1940, and an emergency repair was done at the base in the fjord. At that time, in order to camoflage it from German air raids, it was given brown and white colors to blend in with the surrounding landscape. Later, the Penelope was fully repaired and participated in the campaign for Sicily. On the way from Naples to Anzio in 1944, Penelope was sunk by a torpedo from the German submarine U-410 and sank with heavy loss of life.
The HMS Penelope is listed by Hobbylink Japan at https://hlj.com/1-700-scale-hms-penelope-1940-flmfh1109 and can be ordered now for about US$45.00.
