Continually building upon its ever expanding range of 1/350th model ships Trumpeter has announced the upcoming release of the 1/350 Admiral Chabanenko Russian Udaloy II Class Destroyer. The anticipated release date for this kit is January next year and the suggested retail price at this stage is $US89.95

The Chabanenko is a large anti submarine destroyer. The Udaloy II ships were an improvement over the earlier version in that they were designed for both roles- anti submarine and anti surface. Only two were supposed to have been constructed for KGB border patrols however as plans do they changed and these destroyers were ultimately delivered to the Russian Navy

This kitset will consist of 452 parts on 11 sprues.
