Looks like a very nice model. I noticed your description mentions an upper and lower hull (waterline option). The actual text on the Trumpeter website describes the kit to include a "lower hull", with no mention of an upper hull. As Trumpeter every once in a while throws in a full hull only kit (Udaloy II, Kirov), can we confirm that this kit will have a waterline option? Thanks, Joe

Good stuff, and not a bad price, but do we get a waterline option, or do I need to buy a new blade for the old razor saw? that is the big question. Si

Dragon Models invites you to compare the CAD for their upcoming Z-39 kit to that of Trumpeter's Z-25 and draw your own conclusion. http://www.dragon-models.com/html/1037CAD.htm

I'm thrilled to see a new wave of quality 1/350 kits coming out ... makes me want to put the 1/35 armour aside for awhile. That said, I hope in the rush to beat each other to market that the actual models live up to the CAD images.

Hey everybody ! The pictures of Z25 don't show us the real kit and we don't know if there will have photoetched parts which will be sold ? So wait and see and soon we'll be able to compare it with Dragon's kit !! Alban
