Mike, it's mostly finished. I intend to have it done for the 2014 US IPMS Nationals so that the morbidly curious can finally see this wacky thing in person.

Gabor, since I moved a couple years ago, I've lost track of the instructions. The build is mostly finished, so I didn't really mind that they disappeared. If they ever reappear, I'll let you know. Sorry!
