A stunning build Michael!

Nice, clean work and a great display piece!

Very quick too, which is a testament to your skills.

Good to hear that Hobby Boss have produced a kit with minimal fuss!

Your pics look great!

Thankyou for sharing!

I'm with you on raiding the stash: I've made the same commitment to substantially reduce the stash before any more purchases-not sure how that will go, but will try

I'll be keeping an eye out to see what hits your bench next

Cheers Russ!
I think I aided my build time by not using any aftermarket sets. If I had gone for something Pontos like it would have been 12 months not 4
I have about 10 ships in the stash and quite a few have sets for them so there is a possibility that the next build may require a lot more time.

A Spitfire MK 1 is up next for the ANZAC campaign. I have been keeping an eye on that Tiffy. Good progress there!

thanks

Glad to know you have been watching Jan. I know you have been busy with other things but it's good to see HMS Hood, Dunkerque's nemesis, back on the desk.

cheers

Agreed-those After market sets are time vampire for sure.

Will be quietly watching the ANZAC campaign while hopefully I can finish the Tiffy by the deadline...
