what were the names of the second longest commissioned ship in the royal navy.
What was her final disposition.
And for comparison purposes, what do you personally think of that?

HMS Trincomalee is a Royal Navy Leda-class sailing frigate built shortly following the end of the Napoleonic Wars. After serving as a hulk, she was restored to her original appearance, and now serves as a museum ship in Hartlepool harbour.

IMHO you got my question wrong, though some of the facts you supply may put you in the right.
the sailing ship I am thinking of was the HMS Implacable,
she was in french service at the time of trafalgar and possibly actually sent some shots in the direction of the Victory. .
I have forgotten her original name, something like Dugay trouin.
she was ultimately scuttled in 1949, after serving in ww2 as either accomodation or as stoarage, there seems to be some difference of opinion on this.
the reason why I asked for your opinion of the scandalous waste of a great piece of history is,,, oops, I've just let my own cat out of the bag
