Hi~ Well might ask the question here? where else aye? Whats the difference?? We have the North Carolina, Missouri, ( and duh the modern New Jersy) why more WW2? Once a sucker always a 1/350 sucker! or go pre war? Ron

Ron, correct me if I'm wrong, but apart from the Missouri and New Jersey, they are all very different classes of US battleships. Not that a British (other than the POW or KGV) or Australian subject would go astray. As for 1:350, well they are twice as good as 1:700.

I am sorry prehaps you didn't understand? I have those 3 ships already Ron

Ron, Do you have the YMW's resin Massachusetts? Awesome kit, Trumpeter would have to 'pull one out of the bag' to better that one.

Hoovie: Am I missing something here. The Massachutsetts is not an Iowa class, nor a NOrth Carolina class Battleship. I think it was a South Dakota which is a smaller ship than both the afore-mentioned classes. It had the SD, Mass,Indiana and Alabama. So this is brand spanking new in a styrene injected kit at a reasonable price. Oh and Gator...just cause the box says Massachuttsetts (aachoo) doesn't mean it has to be the Big Mamie a little tweek here and there, or maybe just a decal or two. Trust me, If this is another conversion proecess, consider it undertaken !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Roll Tide Roll !!!

The Alabama will only be a few months from being released now.

Hmmm, wishful thinking, or do you have someone inside, Kym? This announcement from Trumpeter was made two years ago in December of '05, and we're still waiting...patiently, though, we ARE shipbuilders! ~Gunny

Apart from that early announcement and a lot of talk from people, check this out. Mike does the box art for Trumpeter. I hope this doesn't get him in trouble, but check out this thread on modelwarships.com and read carefully his last post. http://www.shipmodels.info/mwphpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=16918
