Building on their current 1/72 Gato class accessory line, Nautilus Models announces the release of their new US 3” Mount MK 19 Mod 0 and US Submarine Machine Gun Set. Both of these sets are tailor made to portray and early war Gatos or those boats that did not have a 4” or 5” gun due to availability of those weapons. Retail cost on these accessories will be $20.00 for the 3” mount and $15.00 for the machine gun set. Release date has yet to be announced.

The new 3"/50cal Dual Purpose Wet Mount is suited for all early US submarines
and was the standard deck gun mounted to new build boats for most of 1942. As you
can see, the gun was designed based on US Navy plans. This gun can be mounted on
the Revell GATO class submarine right out of the box, as several boats retained these
guns while the fairwaters were reduced due to a shortage of suitable 4" and 5" guns.

This set comprises the following guns often found on US Fleet Boats:

1 - M1921 Water Cooled .50Cal MG
Comes with two styles of 200 round magazines and the associated water pump housing and hoses and pedestal.

2 - ANM2 (M3) .50Cal MG with 50 round magazines

4 - M1919A2 .30cal MG with 50 round magazines
