The latest images (masters) and updates from White Ensign Models of their next 1/72 scale Gato upgrades.

All the weapons masters arrived from Peter “Mad Pete” Hall yesterday, so here's a look at the newbies. First is PE 7234, USN single 20mm Oerlikon. This shows the gun and the optional solid pedestal. The PE set for this gun will include the tripod pedestal as well.

PE 7238 is the USN .50 Cal. Browning air-cooled machine gun, shown here with its mounting pedestal.

PE 7239, is the USN Mk.14 21" Torpedo

And PE 7243 is our USN .50 Cal. Browning water-cooled machine gun, shown here with its pump box and mounting pedestal.

All of these, like the larger deck guns, will have their own dedicated photoetch sets, and will be going off for casting today or tomorrow.
