As Warren correctly remarks: there are plenty of cyclists in Holland to use for target practice. Mrs. Gremlin56 has a Volvo as well Of course no Bf 109 dashboard, only 150 horsepower under the hood.
The Eduard shield for the 37mm looks great, I had to scratch build the extensions on my 37mm and the smokestack that sticks out of the deck on the starboard side gets in the way no end. Had to do some trimming and refitting there.

I think Warren considers this part

The Eduard gunshields look amazing, much more to scale than the plastic ones supplied in the model.
Looks like you have a "cheerleader" Daniel, ( go Danny go.....)

I received two new books from Kagero and the first of my Chinese jewelers eyeglasses today, will get some pics up this weekend. One more binocular jewelers eyeglass underway, interesting and extremely cheap.

Too late Daniel, by the looks of things I'm obviously quite mad already! I've ordered the 'Big Ed' PE set and the brass barrels from Master, as well as some of Robert Palmacci's plans for correcting the bow gun tub, depression rails, and smoke buoys. I'd say that I've definitely take a nose-dive down the rabbit hole. Al

Great work Daniel as usual. Well, I couldn't resist, just had to start assembly of the Schellboot's hull. It is massive, my Type XXIII U-boat would fit inside of it. I have a question. While I was going through the instructions I noticed that the four aft-most screws used to secure the main deck don't seem to be hidden by anything and would have to be filled in. Is this correct, or did I miss something? Al

[quoted text] Don't let Mrs. Taffy3 read this Al, you will be in deep Doo-Doo

I've learned two things after all these years of wedded bliss. First, it's futile trying to keep any secrets from the missus. She could have had a great career in one of the Counter-Intelligence services. Secondly, it's a given that no matter what, I'll eventually end up in deep Doo-Doo!

Thanks Daniel.

Yes my S-100(s) I totally hang my head in shame.

I still haven't finished my E-Boat!

Talking of wives mine is hassling me to tackle the collection of S-100's I have in the shipyard awaiting action.

Your effort has certainly inspired me Daniel I just need to spark into some action.

Cheers
