Under the better late than never heading. IJN Fuso. Just in case anyone was wondering what happened to it, here are some pictures of the completed battleship minus rigging.

Just in case anyone is interested here is a photo of my 1/350 USS North Carolina w/ Lion Roar set and the 1/350 USS South Dakota which is the Alabama kit converted to the 1944 configuration SD using the Iron Shipwrights kit. The USS Sullivan's is in front.

Greg,

Outstanding job on all fronts. I have the Fuso in my stash and I'm looking forward to building it myself

Nice display cabinet also

Wow, Greg,

Terrific display, and thanks especially for the Fuso shots! She has always been my favorite IJN BB... so ugly she's beautiful. Be sure to post some more pics once the rigging is on too!

Thanks guys.

Tim, I always loved the tall pagoda on the ship, it was just crazy tall. It is a very unique ship.

I will take more shots once the rigging is done with my real camera instead of the phone so it will show all the detail PE under all the decks and around the stack. I found this case at a used furniture store several years ago and figured it would be perfect for displaying the ships. It is close to airtight so there is little or no dust in the case.
