If you love the big as life Fleet Carriers with a Royal Navy or even better Royal Australian Navy flavour then the latest release from Mr. Ray D. Bean of Still Motions Photographics is the one for you.

Still Motions Photographics have just announced their RN & RAN Fleet Carriers 1920-1978 Volume 78 is now available.

The DVD contains 275 images dating from the 1920s and finishing off with the Ark Royal IV in 1978. It features the large Fleet carriers only and incorporates a full file on the Carriers of the Royal Australian Navy’s 3 main CVs, the HMAS Sydney, Melbourne and Vengeance.

We understand included on the DVD are three superb Hi Resolution Flight Deck plan and Starboard Side elevation detail plans of HMAS Sydney as fixed wing CVL, and then as Troopship configuration before her retirement.

We also understand that HMAS Melbourne is also featured in an overhead deck plan and starboard side plan.

This DVD is available now at US$25.00.

Actually as i wrapped up the project some great pics of HMS HERMES 1982 came in from an old salt photo pal, and the DVD finishes off at over 300 images ...in US $ thats about .09 Cents a pic.... a terrific value, and lives up to my favorite byiline...'more pics on ONE disc than ANY one book'...and remember, our pricing covers the postage free to US and Canada. Bit xtra for overseas...however... you can order this and all the others from WHITE ENSIGN MODELS UK FLOATING DRYDOCK USA FLEETNET JAPAN ...thanks for looking....

Gday all, Just wanted to report that I bought this CD for the HMAS Melbourne shots. I have recently kicked off a HMAS Melbourne project and had spent many many hrs scoured the web for all possible reference shots. When I purchased this CD I was dubious that it would add much to my already extensive collection of reference material. Well I was wrong. I can attest that this CD has many shots which were previously unseen to me and some shots in much higher resolution that I had previously seen. I would recommend this CD to any Melbourne modeler. It unwraps some issues I had been worried about. The guys at Still Motions Photographics were very helpful for me in deciding to buy their product. It’s so rare in today’s day and age to get good customer service and their service sufficiently impress me as to prompt me to write the above glowing review – good work guys! It’s the first product I have bought from you and you will be my first port of call for my next project. The product may be purchased at: Floating Drydock USA Cheers W
