Very nice work on that Walrus. Those modifications really did make a difference on appearance.

Hi Russ,
I had a quick scan through the library, although most Walrus's sat on a cat wheels down seemed to be on a turntable catapult. I did find one or two in cross deck catapults on the launch cradle wheels down,
I reckon it's up to you mate.
Cheers

The other thing of course a Walrus with it's wings folded would have to have the undercarriage down, and it couldn't be retracted until they were extended.
I did find a photgraph in Raven & Roberts of HMS Prince of Wales Walrus being hoisted aboard, and that was definitely an amphibian, so more than likely KGV's would have been too.

Hi Russ,
Nice job on the Walrus' undercart. Cranes look great too, sometimes the actual finesse of the parts outweighs the level of detail.
Cheers
Si
Sometimes when trying to cram in every single little bit of detail, things just get out of proportion and no longer appear in scale

Just caught with your Build Russ. Very impressive indeed.....Cheers mark

 Russell,
Those cranes look sweet, they will add nice detail to the King George.

 Russ,
I rather liked your WEM cranes, but these Eduard versions are even better! Don't know about you, but I hate re-work, so having a superior result must make it a lot easier!

Those cranes came up nicely Russell, very sharp.

The King is looking the part, Russ. Great use of the homemade tool! Can't wait to see the new directors in place - go North Star!
