Sounds like the Gremlins got into this one, Warren.
Best to wrap her up and move on!
Still, for closure, we'll need photos

OK OK.. When I get those last few things on next wekend... Gremlins indeed.
One big lesson was don't start a project until you have EVERYTHING you need.

Warren,
Congratulations on the commissioning, she is a real beauty. Very nice job with the detailing and paint work.

Warren,
what Mark says - she's a real beauty!! Despite all your problems on the way, you managed to overcome them and your Rodney is looking just splendid. (Still hoping/waiting for a 1/350 version in styrene...)
Cheers

Thanks Mark and Jan.
Started a couple of wingy things for a break until my Bismarck project.

Congratulations on another fine addition to the Inman fleet MkII
Well worth a few for the commissioning ceremony!
For an odd looking bucket, she sure looks great!
Just wondering if you missed a bit of paint on the fore mast though as there seems to be some bare brass visible just below the observation platform?
Like Jan, I'm hoping/waiting for the 1/350 version before I take the plunge....
Hoping too that we will see some pics of those wing things

I had to remove the paint to get the mast through the hole in the PE. Forgot to paint it again.. oh well...
